Extension methods and choices
Geneva offers three primary application methods: wefts, tape‑in and K‑tips. Each is a distinct technique — wefts are sewn or clipped, tape‑ins lie flat, K‑tips are bonded — and each handles weight, movement and visibility differently. The choice affects comfort, styling options and maintenance frequency, so selection is based on your goals and natural hair.
The final look comes from how the chosen method is placed, how many grams or wefts are used, and how your natural hair blends. Density, layering and cut shape the visible result; Geneva assesses these during consultation to plan placements that match your desired length and volume without overloading fragile areas.
Booking, ordering, and prep
Price for installation starts at $400; this does NOT include the price of hair. Geneva only installs LINEONE Hair Extensions that she sells. Text as soon as you book with an inspiration photo plus a clear current-hair photo so she can confirm method and place your hair order: 661-317-1223.
After you send photos, Geneva will place your LINEONE order and confirm an install date. Because hair cost is separate and inventory varies, ordering through the salon ensures color match and quality. Clients from Portland and nearby areas can plan around transit access and typical work schedules for appointments.
Installation and what to expect
Your install appointment is hands‑on and planned to achieve the look discussed during booking. Starting at $400 and Duration: 120 minutes; hair cost is separate and not included. During the session Geneva fits the LINEONE wefts, tape‑ins or K‑tips, checks blending and movement, and adjusts placements to balance comfort with the finished shape.
Aftercare focuses on keeping bonds and tapes clean and minimizing excess tension on your scalp. Pacific Northwest rain and humidity can affect styling choices, so maintenance advice will include drying and protection strategies suited to Portland life. If you commute by transit or bike, schedule times that allow for any styling or settling before events.
